• Financial and transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, in accordance with AML record-keeping obligations.
• KYC documentation: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the end of the business relationship, or longer where required by a regulatory investigation or legal proceeding.
• Gaming and betting history: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years following account closure for responsible gaming monitoring and dispute resolution purposes.
• Marketing preferences and consent records: Retained for the duration of your account and for one (1) year following account closure or consent withdrawal.

If 975jl becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21 — whether through a falsified registration or otherwise — we will immediately suspend the relevant account, delete the associated personal data to the extent permissible under law, and report the matter to PAGCOR as required.

975jl primarily stores and processes personal data within the Philippines. In certain circumstances — for example, where third-party service providers or cloud infrastructure partners operate servers outside the Philippines — your personal data may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in a country other than the Philippines.

Where such cross-border transfers occur, 975jl ensures that adequate safeguards are in place as required by Section 21 of the Data Privacy Act of 2012. These safeguards include contractual data transfer agreements that impose obligations on the recipient equivalent to those applicable under Philippine law, and verification that the receiving jurisdiction offers a comparable level of data protection.
