975jl Platform Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the relationship between 975jl (hereinafter "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the services provided through the 975jl website located at https://975jl.net (hereinafter "the Website" or "the Platform").

By accessing the Website or any of its services — including but not limited to online sabong, sports betting, live casino, slot games, bingo, poker, and the Golden Bank feature — you (hereinafter "the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the services of 975jl. Continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

To register and maintain an account on 975jl, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gambling in the Philippines. This age restriction is strictly enforced and is non-negotiable.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of 975jl or its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from 975jl or any PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and update such information promptly if it changes.

During registration, 975jl will collect personal identification information in compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements mandated by PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines. You will be required to submit valid government-issued identification and, where applicable, proof of address and source of funds.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) active account on 975jl. The registration and use of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or through the use of proxy services — is strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use another person's account under any circumstances.

You agree to notify 975jl immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, any disclosure of your login credentials, or any other breach of security relating to your account. 975jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

All actions taken through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and communications sent — will be deemed to have been carried out by you personally and you accept full responsibility for all such actions.

All financial transactions on 975jl are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana Lhuillier, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits at any given time.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are set by 975jl and may be updated from time to time; current limits are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of requesting a transaction.

You represent and warrant that any funds deposited into your 975jl account originate from legitimate sources and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. 975jl reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds as part of its AML obligations.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless 975jl determines otherwise in its sole discretion. 975jl reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity and source-of-funds verification.

Deposits made by error or in excess of intended amounts may be refunded at 975jl's discretion, subject to applicable verification procedures. 975jl does not guarantee the reversal of any transaction once it has been processed through a payment channel.

All bets placed on 975jl are subject to these Terms and any product-specific rules applicable to the game or event being wagered upon. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that particular product.

Bets are final and binding once confirmed by the Platform. 975jl does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except where expressly permitted under the applicable game rules or where a clear technical error is demonstrated.

In the event of a technical malfunction, communications failure, or any other system error during the placement or settlement of a bet, 975jl reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the applicable stake amounts to the Player's account. 975jl's determination of such matters is final.

• Sabong: Live sabong bets are subject to the rules of the specific accredited arena from which the event is streamed. Bets placed after the official start of a match may be voided at the discretion of 975jl.
• Sports Betting: Sports betting markets are governed by standard international sports betting rules. In-play bets are subject to additional latency considerations; 975jl reserves the right to void in-play bets affected by delayed data feeds.
• Casino Games: All live casino and slot games use certified random number generation or live dealer procedures. Game results are final once the round concludes.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all products on the Platform and vary by game type, market, and account tier. Current limits are displayed within each game interface.

975jl may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload credits, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside the relevant offer at the time it is made available.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits will be specified in the promotion-specific terms.

975jl reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any Player found to be abusing bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will have their bonus cancelled, their account suspended, and may be required to return any winnings obtained through such abuse.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 975jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Philippine law or regulation.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering or operating more than one account, whether personally or through proxies or third parties.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any other technological means to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate outcomes.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of cheating in poker or other multiplayer games.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime as defined under Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or system loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward 975jl staff, agents, or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account, intercept communications, or otherwise compromise the security of the Platform.

All content appearing on the 975jl Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, user interface designs, and the overall compilation thereof — is the property of 975jl or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine intellectual property laws and applicable international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

The 975jl name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 975jl. You may not use any 975jl trademark, trade name, or service mark without our prior written consent.

975jl collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between you and 975jl. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

975jl complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission. Your personal data is processed solely for the purposes of account management, gaming operations, KYC and AML compliance, and the provision of customer support services.

975jl will not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and service providers to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and fulfil our legal obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 975jl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 975jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

975jl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform and all content and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

In no event shall 975jl's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount of funds held in your 975jl account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

You may close your 975jl account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, 975jl will process any remaining balance in your account in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the completion of any applicable verification requirements.

975jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) 975jl is required to do so by a PAGCOR directive or other regulatory instruction; (c) 975jl reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity associated with your account; or (d) you fail to complete identity or source-of-funds verification within a reasonable timeframe as requested.

Upon termination for cause, 975jl may withhold account balances pending investigation and, where fraud or AML violations are established, may forfeit such balances and report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities including PAGCOR and the AMLC.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Platform, or any transaction conducted on the Platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

975jl is regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through official channels. Details regarding PAGCOR's regulatory role are available on our About Us page.

975jl reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 975jl will notify registered Players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending an in-platform notification to your registered account.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page under "Last Updated." It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your account in accordance with Section 11 above.
